    You need upper body/arm exercise – strength building

    Most important – ab crunches … ab fat is the diabetes II starter.

      Agree completely that strength training is imperative, but IMO if we are to look around at most Americans we see that most should begin walking…and then hopefully when they’re feeling a bit more fit they can begin weights, etc.
